Taikyoku Sono Ichi/Ni in Ura

Ura is a stage to help perfect fast turning movements. Also, it enables the development of fast spinning kicks and balance through spinning movements on the ball of the foot.

Note

Taikyoku Sono Ichi in Ura and Taikyoku Sono Ni in Ura are identical in movement with the exception that all the punches in Taikyoku Sono Ichi are at middle level and in Taikyoku Sono Ni the punches are at upper level.
